To provide an enhanced level of quality and to improve our efficiency, we are soon to introduce Heidi Health AI (Artificial Intelligence) to our consultations. Heidi will assist your clinician in documenting your consultation, generating clinical notes, fill out relevant documents and dictate letters. By doing these tasks, it allows your clinician to focus on you.
What is Heidi AI?
Heidi is an AI-powered medical scribe that listens to consultations in real time and converts what it hears into clinical notes, and forms the basis of any additional, related administration such as dictated letters. By having this happen in the background of your consultation, this allows your doctor or nurse to give you their full attention and not be focussed on typing up notes at the same time as trying to listen to you.

How will your Data be managed?
We would like to reassure you that your privacy is essential. Heidi Health AI complies with UK regulations (Data Protection Act, GDPR, NHS standards) and hosts all data within the UK.
No recordings of consultations are kept. Your data remains private and secure. Once your clinician has completed and reviewed their notes, they are transferred to your Electronic Health Record (EHR) and then deleted from Heidi.
All data is stripped of personal identifiers. Before Heidi processes your session, all data is stripped of personal identifiers so it can’t be traced back to you.
We understand that not all patients will be comfortable with this use of technology, If you have any objections to your clinician using Heidi please let the receptionist know when you check in.
