For most of us there are times in our lives when we feel stressed, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or find it difficult to cope.

Many of life’s demands can affect the level of stress in our life. A little pressure can be good and helps to keep us motivated, however too much all at once can make us stressed. Our stress levels can be affected by many different things: our physical health, our job (or difficulties finding employment), our relationships and friendships, where we live, money problems and much more.

The Wellbeing Service can support you in taking the first steps to make changes in your life in order to manage your levels of stress as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression. If you are ready to make a change, this service offers a range of options to support you in your journey.
