We offer a number of services to support patients experiencing difficulties with their mental health; we can sign post to Wellbeing or refer to the Community Mental Health Services.
Alongside this, we have Mental Health Practitioners working from the surgery who can offer help with a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
- They can see people over the age of 16.
We also have a Mental Health recovery worker who can support patients who have mental health needs including depression, anxiety, stress, and bereavement and a Social Prescriber Link worker who works with patients focusing on ‘what matters to me’ and taking a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing. They connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.
